What happens if your package is lost, stolen or damaged


Every day 1.7 million packages are stolen or lost in the US, costing businesses $25 million daily. Despite some retailers and package delivery companies making an effort to stop porch piracy, much of this burden is still put on the consumer.

If you purchase our $HIPPING PROTECTION


We will file a claim with the shipping company and then send out a replacement item within 24 hours (M-F) to you. Instead of waiting for the shipping company to complete their investigation, we ship your replacement out ahead of time. Our team will handle the claim and work directly with the shipping. The shipping company will proceed with their investigation as usual and may contact you for additional details.

If you do NOT purchase the Shipping Protection

We will start a claim with the shipping company and start an in-house investigation, We require 3 business days (M-F) to conduct an in-house investigation. If you are concerned about theft, please purchase the Shipping Protection or use a shipping address to a business or other safe place. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or mis-delivered packages.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All of our items are made‑to‑order, crafted just for you. Orders are processed within 5‑10 business days. Once shipped, delivery time depends on your choice and location:

  • Standard Shipping: 7‑20 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3‑6 business days

Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey. If your order includes personalization or custom design, production may take extra time depending on complexity.

FAQs

Is it 100% cotton?

The product uses cotton as the primary fabric, some designs may include a small percentage of polyester to enhance durability.

What does the back side look like?

The quilt’s back side is a plain, non-printed fabric, with no pattern.

What exactly comes in the "SET"? And do quilts include pillow shams/pillowcases?

A duvet cover set includes 1 duvet cover and 2 pillowcases, whereas quilts do not include pillow shams/pillowcases - these items are sold separately.

Can I request a custom design or special/extra-wide size?

We are not offering custom orders at the moment (including photo-based designs, bespoke modifications, or special/extra-wide sizing).

However, you can browse sample custom designs in this Customized collection.

How do I reset/clear my shopping cart?

  • Open the Cart.
  • For each item, click the trash/bin icon to remove it.
  • To adjust quantity, use the – / + buttons next to the item.
  • To reset the cart, repeat removal until the cart is empty.
  • To simply close the cart without changes, click the X in the top-right corner.

Where do orders ship from?

Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our Asia-based facility, and the shipment origin for each order is shown on the tracking link. Rest assured, all products are manufactured in accordance with rigorous U.S. processes and standards.
